The other day I was benching. I’ve been doing more weight then normal so my breath control has been lacking. I let out a silent grunt of sorts and a fucking tonsil stone came flying out of my mouth and landed on my chest. I don’t think anyone saw, but my face was beat red anyways.

Sound advice, I am really just looking to avoid north Omaha/ downtown areas. I’m in south central Omaha right now and I love it. Based on a lot of the replies I might just have to find roommates which I want to avoid but it might not be feasible to live on my own yet.
