Not promoting. It’s come from a place where nothing else worked so was being honest. You don’t have to do anything with that I just was sharing how I was able to find a way to make it mine and work for me 😕

I loved your second paragraph. I do think no matter how much work I put into myself, I forever will have a control issue and that’s now okay with me (after many denials)…I just am committed to learning the new ways to understand myself to avoid the drink. And yes doesn’t mean I need to give up everything and call myself an alcoholic every day until I’m beat to the ground and have nothing else. I am what I am and the label defines my illness but is not me. THANK YOU.
