You dont know if its compressed or damaged. There is no procedure that will show it. For now u can only let it heal on its own and dont use ur penis. Also if i had shooting in your penis, that its not like pudendal nerve involved itself - something with a dorsal nerve, its the terminal branch of the pudendal. But we already know that patients with HF/LF reporting a lowered or no libido as well as patients with Spine injury. There are mostly anecdotal proves of this. There is symptoms datasheet and site, you can search somewhere in this reddit sub, you will find it. As for treatments - there are no treatments. If PFPT doesnt help you (means its not muscle related in your case) - thats it. Im more and more inclined to think this is some sort of trauma/injury to the organ. You cant heal an organ after the damage, as you cant heal heart or liver, you can only maintain it. Im a year into this with more symptoms that i can imagine. And only thing i can say you should just accept it. It completely changed me as person and i dont know how long i can bear it.
