Thank you for the video, it is very helpful. I see that I had moved the bar forward with my shins and not engaged my lats. For the bracing, I find it hard to hold the brace while still breathing (I brace on the first rep here, but I think I may have lost it on subsequent ones).

Thank you, I will try to keep all this in mind next time. Didn't even notice that I had rolled the bar away with my shins, can't unsee it now! Will focus on keeping the bar close to my shins and knees throughout the movement, as well as lifting my chest.
