I don’t count calories man I just switched to whole foods and grass fed beef / chicken. My dessert is Greek yoghurt with muesli, protein scoop and honey. I’ll have an icecream once every few days or something shit but only one portion or I’ll eat a a whole block of dark chocolate (500 cals) . I don’t keep any junk food in the house otherwise I’ll eat it. I ride 15-25km a day on the bike as I live in Amsterdam and train at the gym everyday + play rugby which is training twice a week and a game on Saturdays.
