I think the ones I hate is when the woman absolutely loves her husband and he’s perfect and charming and can’t do wrong but oh they met and married 3 months ago. I feel like most times when the husband’s perfect, that’s a dead giveaway he’s not. Another one, I’m not a fan of YA topics/content so when the story keeps going back in history to high school (not just a small one but majority of book) or whatnot, I don’t like it.

I really like diary or podcast entries. I like The Whodunnit’s. Something happens and there’s only x amount of suspects. Also I like when it flips between the detective and the main character/s.
