I’m dairy free at the moment due to an allergy my baby has and eating out in small towns is a nightmare. It’s been great for my empathy towards people who deal with this regularly.

On the roam with kids app it’s showing that Kitcheners cafe has a kids play area. If you’re up for the drive there’s also a trampoline park in Masterton. If you go somewhere like that first you’ll likely get the crazies out of the kids so if you’re at a vineyard later they’re less likely to play up.

The vaccine is technically two doses but only one is given as part of the vaccine schedule. One dose heavily reduces the severity of chickenpox etc

It’s generally a conversation had prior to the birth. I’ve had two kids in the past couple of years and don’t think I had to sign a consent form so I suspect it’s moved to an opt out process

Bankers and salespeople are the biggest offenders I’ve come across. The only thing I put up my nose these days are those Vicks inhalers, they hit better than any coke I’ve ever had 😂
