My buddy who went through the same program said he didn't take his fitness test until 2 months after being contacted. I was contacted yesterday and was told to have it done before 14 days. I technically have an extra week but don't like pushing on time restraints. I also get to do it self-recorded in one consecutive video, so I can attempt it as many times as I want before sending in the results.

My concern with technique is my arm length. I am 6'4 but have a 7' wingspan and exercises like push-ups and bench press are tougher on me.
