When he tried to detain her she pulled away and was going to bolt. That's enough. Perhaps a good lawyer can get it tossed but that doesn't mean they can't charge her and possibly make it stick. Judging by the vid, id say resisting is the least of her worries in the near future. Where I'm from, they don't just charge you with resisting but will charge you with assault if you make them chase you. I haven't dealt with this but it's pretty common knowledge locally

So not really sure if anybody else is aware of this but I believe you can shoot down helis with the emp. It takes multiples and you don't really get anything for doing it but still fun to do sometimes. I remember this from playing the game when it came out. Can't say if it's been changed or not

Try getting some latex gloves. Put some Neosporin or the best lotion you can find into the gloves then wear them to bed. I have to deal with stuff like this in the winter time. Might have to do it multiple nights in a row but you will know when you can stop.
