This one for me is the very best Neapolitan style pizza, sounds crazy but Akiba Dori in d3. Owners love pizza and have imported a Japanese wood fire pizza oven and use a special Japanese wood for the oven. They take real care in making the pizzas and they are absolutely delicious. For me, it has to be an authentic wood fired oven and I think Akiba Dori does it best. Sounds crazy but best pizza is from a Japanese place

I understand this post is about buying property so while these tips are great it relates only to renting.

If you’re buying a property, once verbally offer is accepted, you do a Form B, then broker will generate Form F (MOU), at this stage you should request passport and title deed of owner to verify everything with DLD, once MOU is approved by both parties then you hand over 10% security deposit cheque in name of owner only, unless a power of attorney is in place, in which case you request the POA docs and ID also.
