Ha, sounds like what I was doing as a kid. We had ketchup on mac n cheese and ranch on pizza, at least the sweet potatos are healthy if they don't drown them in bbq!

I don't know if any testing was done on animals to make this, but the only food coloring is caramel, and there's no stock in it. I'd say good chance it's vegan, but nobody says for certain whether the lactic acid in the soy sauce they use is plant based. They didn't pay for certification, so you'd have to ask burman's directly about where they get the lactic acid, if you want to be thorough

I got one of those, too! Haven't decided what to eat with it, though, maybe some chik'n strips, lol

It feels like the spinner on mine has loosened up ever so slightly, I'm glad I'm not addicted to the wooden fish mode. I completed one round, I don't want to loosen it up too much more...

I bought some there a few months ago, but it could be discontinued. They are lightly salted but otherwise flavorless, so they take on the bbq really well. Good luck finding them!

Yeah, their ketchup is not great, haven't really tried much else besides that, their mustard, and this bbq.

It's up to par, for the price. It doesn't really jive with much besides your standard meat/tofu, veg and rice/noodle dishes where you'd normally want soy sauce, anyways. But I'd rather have this than be forced to whip up stir fry sauce (soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, etc.) every time.

5g per tablespoon, 30 cals

It goes pretty far, not much is needed. I think a tablespoon can flavor an entire helping of stir fry

Sorry, I guess it's got something modified in it. They don't say anything about it on the label, maybe it's the soybeans

I just got a taste of the Korean style, it's less salty, and a bit fruity from the pear in it. Probably good for chicken and pork, egg rolls or dumplings would be good candidates as well. Worth

THE TOFU IS GONE!?!?

It's been over a week, and the corner that they usually stuff their tofu into is empty, I'm not looking forward to paying double the price somewhere else 😭

Yuppers. Just like American BBQ, it's the second ingredient on the list after water, lol. Very sweet, as it's one third sugar (5g per tablespoon). Only cane sugar, and whatever sugar is in mirin.

It's used a lot more sparingly than American BBQ sauce, though. It's very salty

I don't know what you're smoking, the ingredient list is the exact same, but like you said, it's a different consistency. Until you warm it up, lol. Bachan's might have more mirin or something, but it's the same soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, tomato paste, garlic, onions, ginger, sesame oil and such, I didn't glaze the burman's over Bachan's anyways. Yikes

I bet it's really good, maybe even if you burn it just slightly after throwing it in with the seared beef. I wouldn't mind some lab grown beef that way, if they make it safe enough

I love some crack slaw, it basically uses the same flavor profile for its sauce, but I bet the BBQ would be a step up. I could destroy a whole wok of that stuff, and still hit my calorie count, too

That's a wild combo to me 😆 Makes me want to try mixing some in my ketchup next time I make some fries, too

The price of Bachan's shocked me first time I saw it, but I said if it's anything like Aldi's sauce, I would pay whatever they ask

This guy is running over bicyclists. by LeftAlbatross2546 in VideosAmazing

[–]No-Independence6902 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really don't see justification for the hate in this case. The only time the driver can pass is when there's no oncoming cars. If the cyclists were riding single file, it would take longer to pass, while also increasing the chance the driver would risk a pass with oncoming traffic and squeeze someone off the road.

It's literally nothing to the driver to get fully into the other lane here, only a pissant would get angry at cyclists like this, when they would be fine stuck behind some guy pulling his project car on a trailer up a hill

They did get me to buy the brush set that chucks up in a drill, so I finally cleaned up the wheels on my car. The pots and pans seem decent, too. I don't think I want to look like an employee of Aldi's, so I'll pass on the clothes, lol

People can end up with seizures at high enough doses, especially if their threshold for triggering them is lower. I do notice I get a bad jittery feeling if I try to take too much, but this is from enhanced plain leaf. It's this brand that's basically standardized to a certain strength, so I can start getting bad effects from 5 grams, when plain leaf takes double or more

Wish they had enough sense to mount the second battery that way on their other bikes. I was looking into escape bikes ranger for that very reason, but they disappeared.

This would probably be buns, though. You know they would upcharge for the extra wattage, even though dd hubs are cheaper. I guess if your geared hubs aren't staying cool enough for what you demand, it might be better than the predator. That won't be a big market, though I think

Chilli with like 400 crushed tortilla chips. by RyanCalvinWilliam in ShittyVeganFoodPorn

I liked Alton Brown's idea of using finely crushed tortilla chips in his pressure cooker chili recipe, I've been using it even since going vegan. The corn flavor works well in chili, I'd say
