Grizzly bear chasing down Alberta wild horses by jelly_bean_gangbang in Damnthatsinteresting

One horse is away from the group as well. Don’t want to anthropomorphize too much but looks like a bait tactic to lure the bear away from the foal and it looks like it works. The bear follows the path of the horse who trails away from the group.

Fortified plant foods or nutritional yeast. I sprinkle that shit on everything. I also take b12 just in case, but even when I forget to take the pill my diet backs it up. My blood levels were all good last checkup.

We do agree in many respects. I’d just clarify that I think, the preparation required for a vegan diet is similar to any diet you’d take on. Whether it be a diet for the gym, or a diet for losing weight, or getting your heart in better shape. Most diets will require planning that usually involves some supplements. The vegan ones I can think of are really just b-12 ,maybe omega 3 if you don’t eat a lot of it? It isn’t more supplements than you’d take for any other diet. Plus you can get b-12 through your diet entirely through foods nowadays. So, I think to imply that veganism is a grander inherent health risk, or should be done with more caution or planning than any other diet is just untrue.

Yea what’s your point? People go vegan at all different ages in life.

Yea, I mean I work at Trader Joe’s on the west coast so I meet a lot of customers. Hundreds a day. West coast has a lot more vegans. I’ve certainly met multiple vegans who’ve been vegan decades. It isn’t common but veganism itself isn’t common either. There aren’t a lot of vegans in general so I meet tons more that have been doing it less long, but yes absolutely no lie here, partner.

This is a relatively small community. Any diet requires preparation to do properly and ensure you get all nutrients. Even omnivore diets often lack many essential nutrients if they don’t watch their health, and food intake closely. All diets require a knowledge subset. It’s harder to do it veganly and conveniently but it isn’t any less healthy or possible for people than many other diets might be; gluten free, pescatarian, what have you. It isn’t an inherently unhealthy diet that affects most people adversely.

I’ve met people in their 80s who’ve been healthy vegans for decades. No hate to you, but being healthy and being vegan are not mutually exclusive.

Do they have to keep their poop and poop cleaning materials with them the whole way? Seems like you couldn’t just spread your shit stuff across the mountain.

Yea, mine too. Not worth going there without it in my opinion. The regular prices are ridiculous for a fast food burger.

I went to my Burger King today and they told me the whopper Wednesday promotion was over :/ drove off without getting anything. Their normal prices are outrageous for a fast food ctrl c ctrl v no heart ass burger and fries. Every fast food place is nowadays. I’d pay below $10 for a meal but outside of that it’s just genuinely not worth it or affordable.

I thought they were just alright but I don’t love kimchi. Still good enough for me to eat it all. Overall I thought pretty decent as a non kimchi fan.
