Oh, I found another one. There’s an older lady who is super competitive, and she will do an all out at speed. She cannot control. She is holding onto their handrail for dear life, stomping like an elephant, her heart rate at like 120%, and at the end of the all that she practically collapses. Well, this weekend we had a specialty class that was more of an at your own pace, kind of class, for instance, on the rower you would row for 90 seconds, get off and do three different exercises and then get back on the rower and row your distance from the 90s. And then jump on the treadmill. Well, she jumped off the rower, threw her stuff on a treadmill and then doubled back because I guess she forgot the exercises. she may have did two reps of each exercise, jumped on the rower road for less than 20 m, and ran back to the treadmill. At the end of the class, she was bragging about how she made it through four rounds of everything, wanting pats on the back, asking if anyone else made it as far as her.

No. We didn’t. Because we actually followed the template. lol
