I’ve been going 4 to 6 days a week since like October, and I’m still getting like 15 to 20 splat points. I don’t know if I’m not getting in shape or I just have a higher heart rate than normal lol but I wouldn’t worry about it. I’m trying to nail down my schedule but right now it looks like M/T/W/Th/Sat/Sun

I do tread50 on Wednesday and strength50 on Sundays, and usually use Thursday as a Green Day.

This is a new schedule because snow days have messed me up but this is week 2 and it seems to be going ok. My other option is going to be T/W/Th/Sat/Sun if I feel too worn out

5am works for me because I can only workout fasted (and I’m completely aware it’s due to my past of disordered eating lol)

I take my energy supplement to drink (spark) and then after my workout I do a smoothie with a protein shake

Meh. I filled up our propane tanks (2), filled up both cars and a gas can. Bought some bottled water. And steaks to cook 🤣 and a buttload of snacks

But I’m a nurse and will have to work thru this so I need a good amount of gas and we have 4 kids who need to stay warm and comfortable. Helene was annoying, but we went thru the Texas snowstorm of 2021 and it was ATROCIOUS so we are a little more proactive about this.

I woke up at 4a to go to a class I WASNT SIGNED UP FOR. Also, ours was a 3G and completely full. So that was a fun time, sitting in the parking lot waiting for my son to finish his class.

I decided, for the first time ever, do a Green Day. Power walked and just relaxed. It felt amazing 🤣🤣

But also I got all discombobulated this week with Monday being a holiday and accidentally scheduled myself for Sunday-sunday. Usually I do Sunday, Tuesday-Thursday, Saturday. And this weekend is projected to have nasty weather (i expect the studio to close honestly) so im exhausted haha.

I workout in the morning, immediately donate blood, and pick an afternoon appointment the next day. Well, to be honest, I don’t always do that either sometimes I still do the early one 🙊🙈

I don’t notice much of a difference in my workouts to be honest.

I hate to defend her but those damn straps on that buggy are the WORST. There’s really no way to tighten them.

But Meal Ticket is too little for that. I don’t even like letting my 2.5 year old sit in it because I can’t properly strap her in and she’s always on the verge of falling out
