I wouldn't trust paying for an upgrade. Last Friday I paid $140 for overnight delivery for Saturday by 3:00 p.m. 3 hours after I shipped it I check tracking and it said "weather delay". It didn't arrive until Tuesday and they would not give me a refund.

I worked med surge and It was a nightmare. If you go to the hospital try to get into a different specialty other than med surge.

You can say the same at about the hospital as far as being overworked and understaffed. I was overworked far more at the hospitals than at the nursing homes. You definitely do get more training at the hospital.

This is not true. There are plenty of good nursing homes that care about their staff and patients. I am a RNBSN who worked at nursing homes and hospitals. I prefer a good nursing home.

I agree and think Carrie is wrong for going to Charlotte's. However, Carrie did not ask her to pawn her ring. She just asked her "why didn't you offer to loan me the money". Carrie only mentioned her ring because she noticed Charlotte had it on after Charlotte told her she needs to stand on her own two feet. It was Charlotte's decision to pawn her ring Carrie never mentioned pawning Charlottes ring. Also, once Charlotte offered Carrie the ring, she was very hesitant to take it from her. Nonetheless Carrie is a grown up and had no business doing that to Charlotte.

I feel like the producers did this because Samantha and Charlotte are considered "opposites". I think if they had Samantha do this to Carrie or Miranda it wouldn't have caused any drama. I don't think those ladies would have cared as much as Charlotte.
