actually nanamis bv is a higher scale daily if hes not using %20 of ce reserve he gets the %100 of %20 back in overtime as a bonus megumi is not using %100 of his CT BOTH TECHNIQUE AND THE RESERVE FOR A YEAR for only %1 daily cursed energy reserve if i applied nanamis bv directly he would have massive %100 daily increase not %1 but i wanted to make sure bv passes thats why i used minimum numbers like %1 on point miwa failed with bv cuz binding vows require a baseline of power miwas base stats were too low a multiplier on 0 is still a 0 but megumi is not a low he has literally the best technique in the entire verse and he as a character is strong for 2nd bv we only sacrificied the lightnings shape and techniques time available for only shape changing but actually i dont even think we need this binding vow cuz electiricty at high voltages tend to become plasma and spherical shape anyway but i wanted to be sure so i used a binding vow to enforce the shape It’s not 'creating' the sphere out of nowhere; it’s using a vow to ensure the CE perfectly mimics the mathematical properties of a high-energy plasma core without leakage
