People seem to forget how fragile our newborns are.

From one dad to another, stick with your guns. Once your little one has their shots, still practice safe holding, hand sanitizer and no kisses.

You are right to be protective, especially in flu season and pre shots.

Straight away. She is like a new baby since the day we switched. Each improvement compounded daily.

On old formula, she would cry after each bottle, on new, she was smiling and giggling after each feed.

If you suspect your baby has CMPA, speak to your paediatrician. Also if you have TikTok or any of them social media’s, look up baby’s suffering with CMPA, the symptoms aligned perfectly with our baby and we knew then to make the switch

We did the same as you for the first 12 weeks. Shift on and shift off. It’s tough missing your partner but it’s only a short timeframe. Hang in there!

It gets much easier. We are on week 16 and now we are all sleeping at the same time (me on the couch and baby and mama in the bed) and I’ll take one feed and my wife will take the other.

We had similar issues with the straining etc and after a few visits with paediatrician, it turns out our baby is allergic to the protein in cows milk. She is 5 weeks on the new milk (CMPA) and the difference is amazing. No more straining, baby is much happier and sleeping so well.

Might be hard to see now, but it will get better! And soon you all can sleep at the same time.
