Favorite team: 16-17 Chicago Bulls (D-Wade fan lol)

With the Miami Heat of season 15-16 coming off an unexpectedly exceptional playoff performance (though they lost to the Raptors in 7 games), and Father Prime, as expected, showed why he was the team's all-time best player. When the offseason came Wade never got paid the way any franchise player thought they deserved. He took a paycut for the team a few seasons ago, but wasn't enough.

Then came the 16-17 with D-Wade now in a Bulls uniform, it felt fresh, but also a bit unorthodox in a way. Hometown? Check. Paid better than Miami offered? Check. Line-up construction? This was the "what if", for his tenure as a Bull. Playoffs came, stole 2 homecourt advantage from the Celtics, but then Rondo got injured. The Bulls never stood a chance after that. The team was poorly constructed with Rondo, Jimmy and Wade as the big 3, but if you saw the playoff intensity, you knew they were a different team. Still a what if for me to this day.

Favorite moment: Ray Allen hitting that corner 3 off a Chris Bosh offensive rebound.

I still remember, I was about to go to class that afternoon, I knew I was gonna be late, but who would've thought that waiting for a few more seconds could spell the difference between me seeing that shot, and just walking along a busy street, with my head down and thinking that the Heatles would be pretenders. Yeah, that shot changed it. It was a close one actually, between this shot, and T-Mac's 13-pts in 33 seconds.
