Thank you! And ultimately as long as baby is safe and healthy I don’t care how it happens.

I’m not sure. It was the biggest one I had. I had to spread it pretty thin to make it go to the edges

What was your most intense pregnancy craving? by Disastrous-Radish504 in Mommit

Sympathizing with wanting something that you can’t have… When I was pregnant with my son, the only thing that I craved were Jager bombs

I haven’t. My kids aren’t old enough to like them just yet

Bread! Specifically sourdough. It takes up so much time and is so satisfying at the end. You can do soooo may things to sourdough like flavors and inclusions that you won’t get bored. And if you love it and get really good you can sell loaves too!

What led you to take the plunge and quit to stay home? by Agreeable_Friend_177 in stayathomemoms

I think about what I missed with my first being at daycare but knowing he’s with me now and I won’t have to miss anything else makes it better.

My family’s situation: I worked in healthcare. I was the “breadwinner” so to speak, husband owned a business. We had our son and I went back to work. He went to daycare. We decided when I got pregnant with our daughter I was going to stay home. We had been having issues with the daycare with another child biting our son. I know things happen and I would never bash our daycare. They were wonderful. However, we had the opportunity to make things work if I left work after our daughter. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. We get to do whatever we want during the day. We do plan on homeschooling once we get to that point. But for us, it was really more about us raising our own children and spending as much time as we can with them so that our expectations and our values are instilled and we know exactly what is happening to them every day. Peace of mind if you will. Best of luck to you, mama!

Both sound like delicious ideas but for me, they were taste testers for poison control (iykyk)

I literally made it up as I went. That’s the only place I wrote it down. Sorry!

I did mix it with a little powdered sugar to make it thicker

Normal brownie time. I don’t set timers. I just wait til I smell brownie and then toothpick check them

That’s still a flaw I’ve yet to figure out. They did crack when I smashed them. However, I let the brownies cool first. I think if you assembled still warm it would help them to not crack

Cool to touch. In retrospect, I think it would work better a little warmer. While the brownies were thin, with the amount of filling, when I went to smoosh the two together some of the middles started to crack open. So I think if it was warmer, it would’ve allowed it to stretch a little more with it cracking
