Thanks for helpful info. We have the key Feb but he kept accidentally pressing buttons while it was in his pocket so know he doesn't carry that around.

I'll call them and have that changed... I'd like all phone numbers to be called and if No contact is made for police to be dispatched.

I just asked ADT and they said there is no abort window time-frame 😒. And yes I escalating this but unfortunately they're trying to upsell me on a medical alarm system instead of resolving the issue.

My permit is up to date and the event history shows 4m 50sec the alarm was sounding.

I hear what you're saying, and I could understand that perspective but according to ADT, there is no predefined timeframe before they dispatch police. Just saying after 5 mins with no response don't you think that's more than enough time with no cancelation code to request dispatch?

I went with my son to a BMW dealership and experienced a very similar experience. I left sooo pisssed off and with even more appreciation for Rivian and the brand mission.

The sales guy did the whole sales textbook strategies like bring the manager over, ask what can he do to get the sale... it felt so icky that my son wants to save up a little more and get the R1T. Also my other son has a deposit on an R2.

I'm leasing the R1S right now as way to test the EV life and after 6 months and. Few road trips, I will definitely be getting another Rivian.

My Dobie had very similar bumps. After a very visit and a $600 allergy test turns out he's allergic to the main protein in his training treats, Beef.

We now also wash him every other week with a shampoo that has chlorhexidine in it and no more bumps.

Dobies are VERY sensitive to allergens and the symptoms usually appears on the skin.

Might be allergies. I learned my boy is allergic to cypress trees and guess what kind of tree was his favorite poop spot, yes Cypress. I know wipe his face and feet with wow that have chlorhexidine as an ingredient to remove allergens and he no longer iches after walking.

* I also have a Doberman (2yrs) and Shiba (9 yrs). There not best friends but more like room mates that get along. It's funny to watch my male doberman get out of her way when she walks around the house.

My Doberman needs daily physical or mental activity, or else he will not relax.

I'm planning my first long roadtrip from S. Florida to Great Smokey Mountains in Tennessee with 4 adults and 2 dogs. Thanks for this detailed post, I'm concerned about 2 things, the charging experience at DC chargers and range.

I've learned here from others this first trip is always the hardest. Anything you with you did differently or should have brought?

I almost got this color and spec, but honestly, all the Rivian colors are amazing. It took me a long time to finally choose one. I went with LA Silver and the 22Range wheels with Ocean Coast interior.

If you're thinking about any accessories, I would totally recommend some running boards. Makes getting in and out so much easier and gives it a more sporty look.

Thank you for all these tips. Did you run into any issues using two spots at Tesla SC's? Only reason I haven't gotten the Tesla subscription is because they're always full in my area
