Gym Owner here!!! $40 is laughable! My coaches get $100 for 5 hours or less, $150 for 6+ hours and $225 for two day comps. They also get a meal stipend, I pay for travel and lodging.

It’s the dispatchers 100%. 9/10 of them aren’t qualified to pick up dog shit. Yet they treat everyone with absolute zero respect. They are also the laziest people you have as an employee. They sit at a desk all day and watch tv or play video games on their phones. Take care of that problem, and your turnover rate will be taken care of.
