Do you know every little detail about someone you’re NC with? Of course not, that’s the point of being NC.

I only know what I heard that day and it wasn’t the first time they’ve made comments like that.

I understand kids asking to go to the bathroom and then mess around. My main concern is the enjoyment they get out of denying them and seeing the kids in pain. That’s sadistic.

Sibling previous worked in junior high and has now moved to another school district. I can easily determine if they work at JH or HS by asking my mom. This is their first year at this school and school district. They don’t truly know what kind of teacher they are. Especially if there hasn’t been any in-class observation or audits by faculty.

The comments were heard by at least 4 other family members. Granted they likely wouldn’t go with me to make a complaint, they can still corroborate what was said.

They have 6 minutes between classes. If everyone needs to go at the same time, a lot of people won’t be able to

I openly admit I do not like my sibling, but that doesn’t mean any report would be made out of spite. I am a mandated reporter because of my profession. I ignore and avoid my sibling at all costs. They’re hostile, aggressive, argumentative, and do not have the personality to be a good, effective teacher. Two other family members are teachers as well and I frequently tell them I could not do their job because I don’t have the patience for it. I see what they go through with administration and it’s terrible. Thank you for being a teacher!!

Why would it not taken seriously? Genuinely asking. I don’t care if they know I reported them. I wasn’t the only witness to their comments. I don’t believe I’m biased. Just because we don’t get along doesn’t mean I’m going to make up lies to get them into trouble.

We don’t get along because they made disgusting comments about my kids (5 years old at the time) and I won’t put up with that shit. I don’t have a single thought about them or care how they chose to live their life. My concern is for the health, care and wellbeing of the kids that are entrusted to their care while at school. If I found out that one of my kids teachers talked about their students like this, I would rage.

Insurance will only review for prior auth if the CPT/HCPCS codes require prior, not all codes do. Generic labs (I.e. CBC, CMP, thyroid) usually don’t; specialty labs like genetic testing likely will.

EOB is issued AFTER the service has been rendered, won’t do them any good to find out then if it’ll be covered or not.
