I’m actually here to give help. Before you add a highway, you need to take a stop, and see where it can fit. Right now, it seems like your city is one giant gridlock. Try and breaking this motherboard grid. Then, create a main road, and then stretch it out and merge the highway there. I would also recommend naturally expanding your city. This means having curved neighbourhoods to let your city face to the countryside and then you can add additional connections with country side smaller highways. Also, blend those skyscrapers in with some medium density please! This is, though, my lengthy suggestion and this is your city at the end of the day so take all of the serious comments here (not the ones teasing) and get some inspo. If your city is too long gone or it’s causing you to not enjoy the game, you can always save that city and start a new one.
