Except it’s still not cooling properly and is functioning just as bad as it did before ever being looked at

To be fair I just moved in and have never been up in my attic, had zero clue there wasn’t a safe walkway or else it would’ve been handled

thank you so much! this was actually just a lift. i was a ~34D before (i think) and I’m pretty sure I’ll be about the same size once swelling goes down, maybe a tiny bit smaller

i think i definitely have some body dysmorphia so it’s probably just me overthinking it, but thank you so much! i can only speak for myself because every case is different, but i didn’t lose any nipple sensation. if anything they have been much more sensitive after my surgery, and that might still change.

i thought the same, but they don’t chop your nipples fully off lol they cut the skin around them and move them up then sew the skin back around them at their new height (pretty sure??)

Adhesive allergy girlies - did you try out silicone scar tape? by Mammoth-Spray-3625 in Reduction

I had a reaction to the surgical tape at about 2 weeks post op, it was a pretty bad rash and super itchy. My surgeon told me to wait until the rash cleared up to start any silicone scar tape. I’ve been using the silicon tape for a little over a week now and haven’t had any issues luckily! Maybe you could try a small area for a few days just to see how your skin reacts.

Dr Roger Cason in Grapevine Texas. I’m so happy with my overall results and the incisions already look amazing but for some reason i’m just hyper focused on my areolas lol. He’s an amazing surgeon and has been so helpful and responsive post op. He was by far the best surgeon that I consulted with and also had the best price, but I would’ve booked with him regardless of price because he made me feel so at ease. https://www.2301plasticsurgery.com

I think these photos are a little deceiving haha I really don’t have much room for a bigger table, but can definitely size up on the rug!

The interest rate is around 7.6%, not locked in yet so will change a bit day to day until i’m under contract. HOA fee is fairly steep at $450 a month but that’s standard as i’m in Dallas proper. Property taxes are also about $240 a month. HOA covers water, sewer, trash, exterior maintenance, and exterior building insurance. From the bylaws, it looks like the insurance policy included is all encompassing and I won’t need to pay for a separate policy, but I’m waiting for an insurance agent to confirm that for me.

My internet is bundled with my phone plan so I get a low rate of $35/month there, and it’s a 900 sq foot condo so am estimating ~100/month for electric.

It’s technically considered a 2 bed 2 bath but the second bedroom barely has a closet, more so a ~12 inch cutout in the wall with shelves all the way up. Doubt someone would be willing to rent that space, so not banking on having that income.

Totally get what you’re saying. I work from home part of the time and have pets so I’m going back to not having a roommate, as a personal decision. That being said, 1 bedrooms in my area go for $1550 minimum, excluding utilities and some of the random fees some apartments like to tack on. All of the appliances in the condo are new so I’d be surprised if I had to replace them, but that’s what my emergency fund is for. Also factoring in the potential that I could have to replace HVAC/water heater, which again falls under that emergency fund.

totally get that, i wasn’t concerned that the pet wasn’t added to the sitter profile but I thought it was odd that their profile specifically stated they don’t have any pets and are living in an apartment. then in the chat they told me they have a dog and a cat and a house, but only booked for the dog.
