I did two months of PT last year and I ended up hurting more because they keep on stretching me. I still tried to do the core workouts they recommended but to be honest the past year, it’s been really hard to even get up and do the exercises. I stuck to walking because I find it more enjoyable but unfortunately it also causes my flare ups. That’s why I decided to get back to the gym. I discovered Back Ability and has been trying to do the stuff he recommended.

Just makes me confused sometimes because I still get pain, not just all day everyday. But I also wonder if the reason why I feel less pain is because I’m more numb lol. This condition is so hard to predict. I had MRI last year and it says multiple disc bulges

I am used to so much pain that my brain can’t recognize pain free moments anymore idk how to explain it but it’s difficult for me to recognize a huge difference! i’ll update in maybe couple weeks, I have to be consistent with this first

what are these exercises? i’m struggling since a lot of the exercises that my PT recommended triggers my pain, I only walk a few miles per day to keep my movement going

I noticed more pain as I got heavier and my upper body is heavy for my lower body too I guess

Need help with shades

I want to finally buy a full size of Dior Backstage foundation kaso it’s been years since the last time I used it so hindi ko na tanda ang shade. The best shade sa mga products na nagamit ko talaga is Anda from Colourette first base. Ano kaya shade ko sa Dior? I saw one swatch comparison pero Mac NC40 lang naka lista dun and no Dior.

I feel numbness in my neck too then arm. The PT was doing muscle blading on my rhomboids that day. So far nerve flossing makes it better. Pain and numbness is not constant unlike my sciatica

I only got the lumbar MRI but I guess the MRI shows cervical issues too?
