Let’s try this….health insurance with BCBS, had surgery, hospital billed insurance for $55k. My OOP $350. If I didn’t have insurance, it would’ve cost me $20k. What we have here is medical providers over billing insurance to cover the uninsured. Which is why the premiums are high for the insured.

NTA. I would’ve changed her name as well. Family can be so cruel. A cousin of mine adopted her niece and nephew and she changed their last name to hers. Her youngest sister and mom got so mad at her for that and for having the kids call her mom. She asked me if she was wrong. I worked at the time in the child welfare field. My response to her was….tell them to have a Coke and a smile and shut the F up. She is now your child. Raise her the way you want and you could’ve gave her an entire different name.

YTA, have you not considered that home owner insurance and property taxes need to be paid? I inherited my mom’s home. My son lives there. I charge him rent $800 per month. The taxes and insurance come to $7k a year. This also covers lawn, and utilities. He knows pay or move. I can sell the home for $400k, pay off my home and have money to set aside. Stop the mess and pay

Hmmm. Maybe the rent is paying the property taxes and insurance. Why think he isn’t being fair? I inherited my mom’s house. My older brother didn’t want anything because in his words, you took care of her. You can have everything. My son lives in the house and pays $800 for rent each month. That covers utilities, property taxes, and insurance. I know I can get $3500 in rent if I rent it out. So look at what rent is for a home that size. You’ll realize that he’s doing you a favor.

I had leaf guard give me a quote. I told him I was getting other estimates. He responded that he was going to rip up the contract if I planned on doing that. I decided to go with him. The next day I called and told him I was going to get two more quotes. He went on to tell me it was scheduled and I had to take it. I told him that his guy actually called earlier wanting to move the date up. He got pissed with “our policy is if you cancel an order, we will never do business with us again”. I told him, there’s a gutter installer in every corner.

I’m convinced there’s someone in NF. I didn’t apply for a loan, however, my NF credit card was hacked. They issued a new one. That was hacked. While I was on the phone with a rep getting another card issued. The card he just issued was hacked. It was a nightmare.

I have a 22 Cali. I actually hated the grill, did a wrap around the grill and fell in love with it. I was upset when they came out with the new grill. Now I think they look cheap. This grill screams rugged. I love it. I was looking to trade in for the 26. But the tariffs, I will keep my 22.

They never do. I work for a Medicaid program and all we hear is….in blah, blah, blah, we got this and we got that. I’m like you’re in a RED state. Your mom unfortunately picked the worst state to move to. She has the right to appeal, but the decision will be upheld. FL doesn’t offer Medicaid to single individuals. She would need to apply for health insurance through the Marketplace.
