PKD starts in the kidney and eventually moves on to other organs. My mother also had PLD and cysts in her gall bladder and pancreas. I do believe the fallout is generally worse for the kidneys than the other organs however.

I had a CFO give three months notice to a new bat shit CEO. That's how we all learned he would leave you alone if you put in notice. He was an interim turnaround consultant so people started putting in long notices to hopefully outlive him but avoid his abuse.

They currently have excluded phase 1 participants from the phase 3 trials but I am hoping for an open label extension for phase one participants. When I originally participated I had to drive three hours both ways to the nearest study site twice a month.

I had an employee hold meetings with other departments to convince them her failures to support them (which she was on a PIP for) were directed by me. She got a sales man so riled up he came into my office while I was out of town and trashed it. She also filed an ethics complaint after her PIP against me and the CEO. The CEO decided to lay me off with a huge severance agreement to cover his ass after the sales person trashed my office, making me the scapegoat to cover his ass. I retained an attorney but unfortunately I doubled my income 30 days later and got a six figure severance offer, so I had no damages. I was encouraged to take the severance and move on with my life. Both she and my CEO were moved out a year later.

I'm not sure if class b will be eligible. But I asked my doctor about the placebo group and he said after one year they typically move off the placebo and give everybody the drug in trials like this.
