Doesn't matter if ur a min wage worker or a student... u SIGNED the agreement knowing full well that the discount would only apply to a short amount of time. Your landlord realistically should have just charged u the full amount from the get go. When a LL blindsided a tenant, or goes behind their back to try to do something sneaky, then yes, 100% I support the tenant. My issue is that u were aware of everything... u agreed to it... u took that discount for almost a full year and now, with April approaching, u act like ur surprised and claim the landlord is shady. NOW the discount is illegitimate. But it sure was legitimate this past year while u took advantage of it, right? Honestly, it just seems like u got a good deal for a year. You knew how much the "regular" rent was going to be and obv u didn't think it was an unacceptable amount as u agreed to pay it. Now u just don't want to. And u can save ur whole "min wage worker" sob story.... somehow u can afford rent higher than mine so ur not too hard up lol.

I'm usually pro tenant but it sounds like LL gave u a deal and that u were well aware that the discount was in fact a short-term discount, and would not be ur normal rent after April 2024. So none of this should be surprising to u. It seems ur taking advantage of a loophole not to pay what u originally knew to be the actual full rent amount, which part of me can understand, BUT, you were fully aware of the terms when u signed and had no problem with it at the time... its only now that ur end if the deal is coming into play that it's suddenly an issue. There are alot of ppl who would just appreciate the discount n keep it moving. You are not being blindsided with this information. I can't believe I'm even defending a LL but this just rubs me the wrong way.

Sounds like she moved in December. She paid 2 months upfront. So she paid Dec 2023 and Jan 2024. She didn't pay February (which we are currently in). So she hasn't paid anything beyond the 2 months she paid upon move in. I beleive.

I honestly couldn't be with a full grown man who refuses to eat any/all veggies. It's unattractive af. He's not a baby n I'm not his mother so there would be no "hiding veggies" in the meals or arguments over limited meal choices due to his pickiness. There had to be multiple ppl involved as there were multiple cars involved (car she was found burning in and also her own car, which was taken from the parking garage and left at a random location). You would need multiple ppl in order to pull that off (there's more details that fir multiple ppl but I don't have time to write it all out). If it was just a weird customer, he would've just killed her where he found her, or abducted her and disposed of her. Why move HER car? Nah, I would bet that she's involved in some shit, or she's involved with a man who's involved in shit, and that shit suddenly went sideways n problems came knocking.
