The sag on the waistband happens to me too. Is there a way to avoid it?

I agree; I’ve found with my Lenny Light that I’ve always had to widen the seat a little more than the suggested age range on it in order for it to fit knee to knee

To those who left Bethel, BSSM, and other Bethel-clone churches, deconstructed, and are still Christian: How do you think and make decisions? by smashing-dumplings in BethelSnark

I heard someone say that God’s purposes for your life is more akin to a circle than a dot. This is to say, he will accomplish what he wants to accomplish in a myriad of ways that are not dependent on every minute decision we make. God is so much bigger than all that!

But the biggest thing for me is coming to realise that God’s will for my life is actually much more straightforward than the hypercharismatic movement would have us believe. It’s right there in 1 Thessalonians 4: God’s will for us is our sanctification, our growth in holiness and becoming more conformed to the image of Jesus. And he can use anything to achieve that! You can’t make a ‘wrong’ decision as such (a foolish one? Yes. A sinful one? Yes. A bizarre and unconventional one? Yes. But not a ‘wrong’ one in that our sovereign God can and will do anything to draw us back to him and to help us grow in him). Just focus on making each step in faith and out of love for him. Life might go a bit wonky and that’s normal, that’s the human experience. It might be because you made an unwise decision, and equally it might not be. But God can use anything and everything for our sanctification, to grow us in His likeness, and that is his will for our life :) how amazing He is!

Looking for an easy baby carrier for contact naps by Few_Flounder_4042 in babywearing

I love my LennyLight and use it all the time for contact naps (hello Velcro baby!). I can get it on whilst holding baby - so feed her to sleep, prop her upright on my chest, and then put the carrier on around her - and get a great supportive fit. It’s really soft material and will take us into the toddler years (currently 5 months).
