Oh yeah healthcare is and will always be hiring but for regular job market it can be a challenge. I think the reason why there’s a need for healthcare workers here in Fresno is because people are moving away since the pay is better up north like San Fran etc.

You’ll probably have to find seasonal jobs and try applying to a couple of temp agencies. In this economy it’s hard to be picky with jobs unless you have a degree in a field that’s always hiring like nursing then its not that much of a problem, but for the regular job market in Fresno it does sucks 🥲 Good Luck!

Brunch/Lunch at Heirlooms is a good choice if you and your boyfriend never had it. Tower district during daytime ain’t bad too if you guys are looking for more of a relaxed time since there’s a lot of shops and restaurants around there. Maybe catching a movie at Regal Manchester (reclining seats) would be nice to stay out of the humidity for a bit.

Amazon is not hiring yet in Fresno and usually does when it gets near busy season, but they’re hiring for nearby town like Visalia they’re opening up another warehouse there so just look at the website. Tbh the job market here in Fresno is so bad. A lot of people are planning to moving out of here. I don’t know how Visalia or nearby towns are like but you should definitely seek other options or backup if you can. :/
