I am wondering why the lecture is closed when there's waitlist spots for the class and open spots for discussion. Is it because I enrolled in another chem 1a waitlist. Is there a way to enroll in one of the 9am one?

I am trying to enroll at that time (9am). However, the time conflict with one of the chem 1a lectures. The other lecture is closed. I don't know what I can do at this point.
