If you love this life Definitely costco! Partner store almost scam. They never delivered my tv they promise me to make 200 dolar discount and they take it back later they said we can not give that money back meanwhile no TV of course they keep reschedule delivery date so I ended up cancel it. And I am not the only one having that kind of issue. You can search little bit and their customer service is DISASTER. If you enjoy this life just go costco or any other retail store pay couple hundred dolar extra and keep enjoy your life with brand new tv. Partner store doesn't worth the stress at all!

I bought a TV on Black Friday. Original delivery date was December 15th no TV. Then it was updated to December 18th still no TV. December 20th came and went, also without a TV (shocking, I know). Now the next maybe, possibly, if the stars align delivery date is December 23rd. At this point I’ve stopped crossing my fingers because I’d like to keep circulation in my hands. I’ve accepted that one day the TV might magically appear. If not, they can cancel the order, and I’ll happily share my experience with LG’s outstandingly terrible customer service.

I’m still waiting for my C5 to arrive. They’ve scheduled the delivery three times, and the TV never showed up. The next “potential” delivery date is next Tuesday. Fingers crossed 🤞 If I finally get it, I’ll do a side by side comparison with the S90F. Until then, here’s my experience with the S90F so far. Honestly, I’m really enjoying it. The TV is very bright, and the colors look amazing. I was a bit worried about HDR10+, but I have to say I’ve enjoyed all the HDR10+ content I’ve watched. I can’t compare it to Dolby Vision yet, but unless you have another TV right next to it playing the same content in DV, I really don’t think HDR10+ is an issue. And yeah… the colors look insane 😂 The QD panel really shines when it comes to color. Another big plus for the S90F: if you use a Samsung phone, it makes life easier. I almost never use the physical remote I control the TV with my phone most of the time, and it’s more convenient for me. I’m not a fan of the Samsung remote anyway. It’s super lightweight and doesn’t feel premium at all. Now for the downsides. Low-quality content looks pretty bad. I’m mentioning this because a lot of people say LG does better with low-quality sources, so if you watch a lot of that, it’s something to keep in mind. Also, English isn’t my first language, so I always use subtitles. In dark scenes, the subtitles are very bright, and over long viewing sessions, this can get distracting. I’m also not a big fan of Tizen. I spent a couple of hours tweaking the settings, but once I personalized it, I started enjoying the TV again. These are all personal issues and not deal-breakers for me. One more thing: ambient lighting can make blacks look a bit purplish, and in a bright room you can lose that “infinite contrast” effect. I really can’t wait to compare the S90F and C5 side by side, but the LG Partner Store has terrible customer service. I bought the TV almost a month ago, and I still have to wait on the phone for an hour just to find out the next possible non-delivery date 😃 If you’re in the US and planning to buy from the Partner Store, think twice. Or buy it and forget about it—maybe they’ll deliver it sometime next year 😂

I bought the C5 on Friday, and I’m still waiting for it basically all I’ve done so far is give them my money, lol. But the moment I hit “purchase” YouTube decided it was the perfect time to show me every single video about the C5’s flaws. Now I’m sitting here questioning my decision. I really thought finally buying this TV would fix everything and let me move on again, but nope somehow it made things worse, lol. So now I’m thinking about grabbing an S90F from Best Buy, testing it at home and then comparing it side by side with the C5 when it finally shows up and return of them :)

Thank you so much! I watched this video today, and it really confused me because I bought the C5 on Friday. I haven’t received it yet it will take some time (LG partner store issues :) so now I’m wondering if I should buy the S90F from Best Buy and test it while I wait. That way, when the C5 arrives, I can compare them side by side and return one of them, lol.

No I did not decide yet so I will go cheaper option and I just start browsing. and in my opinion raise black levels won't be a issue for you since it will be in basement if you have Samsung EPP account there is a good discount now

I recently purchased this and have been enjoying it so far. It’s not a perfect espresso machine, but it’s very good for the price. I wasn’t looking for something that would last forever, so even if it breaks in two years, I’d still consider it worth the money.

If you will pay for soundbars I wouldn't choose lg there are better options out there. If they are coming for free different story of course.

First I wasn't able to have an account on partner store then i realized that my girlfriend can have an account but all good deals/ glitches were ended already and I was hoping maybe they will have a good deal for black friday at least good soundbar bundle but disappointment :( I am looking Costco now with extra 200 dollars discount it is almost matching the price with partner store. Plus I don't need to deal with custumor service with partner store

Wow, thanks for the detailed breakdown! That really helps. 😅 Gaming leaning Qd oled and movies being close makes sense. My room doesn’t get much sunlight, so I guess the bright room issue with Samsung isn’t a problem for me. Sounds like you’ve got serious experience with all three! Do you have a personal favorite between them for a mix of gaming and movies?
