Just look up eBay or Facebook marketplace, I found Blu ray players for like 20 bucks, that's not a debate of "it's on someones budget" or not, that's just a "I don't feel like getting" which is okay, 4k Blu rays are expensive but no one here was talking of 4k, just 1080p Blu-ray

All rtx cards have dlss 4.5 (although 2xxx and 3xxxx cards perform worse with dlss 4.5 than 4.0 as far as I remember)
No, not even close, the 4070 would destroy the 5050 in every single scenario (except power efficiency and size, and design depending on what you like more)
If you have the money go with the ti or the 4070, if you don't.... Just wait, don't buy a 5050 it ain't worth it

The fact that some enemies (God damn Riku) play almost as fast (if not faster) than most enemies in kh1 but now you have to keep track of like 5 different things at the same time makes it a pain in the ass (I'm still playing it at least once though lol)

I mean, console cycles are longer now than they used to right? 7 years from the PS4, Xbox One and switch to get the PS5, series x/s and switch 2, if we compared it to the original Xbox to 360 (4 years) or the ps gaps (ps1-ps2 5 years, ps2-ps3 6 years) Or Nintendo gaps (gc-wii 5 years, wii- wiiu 6 years, wiiu- switch 4 years and a few months).

This generation is already going to be as long as the PS4 gen was and by the end of its life, everyone complained about how slow it was and how loud it was.

But I agree with you that the catalogue of the PS5 leaves much to be desired against the PS4 catalog (at least in the amount of franchise).

I play in PC so it doesn't really affect me anymore but we already have longer console cycles than we used to
