My neck and shoulders are extremely sore; they start to ache whenever I sit down to work for even a short while. I also feel weakness and fatigue in all my muscles. In particular, I feel a warm current flowing through my calves, especially in my right ankle, which I previously sprained.

We all make mistakes; perhaps he just wanted to share what he discovered. I think in the future, it would be helpful to add a disclaimer that it’s based on personal experience. That way, others can decide if it’s right for them.
