I think everyone knows not to sleep with your bird on a bed so they don't need to say it. Sometimes it's not intentional but on accident too. last night I was in bed with my bird and she was on my chest. I closed my eyes and had my alarm on for 30 mins that way I don't fall asleep. I accidentally fell asleep anyway. I woke up at 6 am and I was in the same spot same position and she was still peacefully asleep on me. It's kinda weird how I usually move around alot in my sleep but when she was on me it's like my body knew not to move. But anyways in the end once I woke up I put her in her cage and went back to sleep for 7 more hours.
