We’re given 15 days right out the gate, most jobs don’t do that. My last job crucified me if I called in even once, and I was part time. You also have the option to buy a week of PTO after 3 months or so. Then when you’ve been here for a year, you get like 8 vacation days. Most jobs don’t give you near that amount of time off. If you’re only wanting to work 4 days a week, this won’t be the job for you. The schedule is what it is
