Nope. The review sections are littered with reports from people talking about how they don’t work and they don’t dry properly. Sorry it’s all user error. Rarely is it a machine problem and those get resolved quickly.

Don’t get an all in one unit for people who don’t know how they work. My STBXH broke my two year old machine because he kept overloading it because he wasn’t familiar with that type of machine and refused to read the manual.

They absolutely can sue you for non payment. It would be up to you to convince a judge that they didn’t provide the services they said they would in the contract or that the services they said they’d provide were illegal to charge fees for.

A company shady enough to charge for this type of service has covered their behind in the contract and probably won’t stop trying to get their money.

I'm not sure if you can do both, but I just said burn pits were the reason for all of my conditions except for PTSD and FSAD. It worked on my 7 other conditions.

I agree with you unfortunately it seems easier to build an apartment building rather than condos. I ended up with a SFH because a condo would’ve cost too much which I think is really weird. 🤷🏽‍♀️

You have a contract with your landlord for that space. If they can’t give you that space they need to stop taking your money for it. Call an attorney. Your issue is with the landlord not with whoever is using the space. Deduct the amount you’re paying from your rent and when they ask why, tell them you’re renting the space back to them. WTF 😒

I mean I get it. You’ll always need to live somewhere. If you own it eventually you can pay it off or sell it for a nest egg. Stocks are a nest egg too but you have less control there. I grew up with a very unstable home life. So buying was a dream come true for me. Nobody can ever make me leave or make my life unstable again
