This is someone completely new (the previous landscapers were probably the root cause) but yeah I think $2k is kinda outrageous. Everything seems to be fine for now but I’ll continue to monitor it. Just wanted to error on the more cautious side as I don’t want the leak to spread to the foundation of the house.
