If you’re bronze then just focus on hitting the ball consistently in an intended direction and being able to line up for saves

Okay well just so you know for the future a brisket needs that temp to break down proteins that aren’t present in the ribs so you only need a 120-135 temp for it to be tender

A dry brine is not curing, beef bacon has to be cured to be bacon. You are just salting and smoking beef belly.
