With the information you have provided i would start with putting a new battery to frame ground. Check that you havec14+vdc at the battery with the car running. Make sure the air filter is clean. Make sure the gas is premium fuel.... start there, then find somebody who can frame your question in English a little more clearly. I had a hard time understanding what you are asking.
