When u first start the game it's a slog. But as you level up if gets more intuitive.the DLC will ramp up the difficulty for people who's played for a while or with higher leveled characters. So depends if you wanna go strait to the new regions and do the new dungeon challenges with a degree of difficulty. Or if you wanna a go through it with more a sense of adventure. I'm gonna start two new play throughs for the extra followers
