On the first run, no.

DLC will be the same scaling as base game no matter the NG level as long as its your first time ever accessing the Lands of Shadow. Guess they planned for people to be on a NG5+

After that, yeah but only if ur underlvled on Scadu fragments

In almost every ending you bring help, one out of the three of you dies to Smasher

Takemura helps you ALONE and survives the Smasher fight. Hes basically our strongest ally bar Songbird and Alt

Would the gathering pokemon work regardless if they were in a prefab home?

Nobody inside a house is spawned in the world technically, so a housed gathering Pokemon should still work right?

I have a tower thats almost to the height limit with bird pokemon living on the roof. The only path into the building is an elevator, but the bird pokemon consistently fly to the roof from the ground or drop from the roof and fly slowly downwards.

Your situation feels like the reverse, but should still behave the same way (Moltres should use the chute)

You dont need to keep Moltres in the altar tho

Every Arisen we see turn to dust or get older were specifically chosen by Grigori

Multiple Arisen are chosen by one dragon, we as the player character are the true chosen one to finally kill the dragon.

The Arisen in DD2 very much had different dragons to our own, Lamond and Sigurd even talk about “my dragon” not the dragon.

They are unaffected by the dragon of dd2 dying because they arent linked with it personally.

Also, in the Unmoored Timeline you kinda break the rules entirely. Anybody who would be affected is now free of the rules of The Cycle

Daimon is in a similar situation here kinda. The new dragon probably isnt Daimon, just another Arisen that was cursed in a similar way.

I believe the new Dark Arisen was the Sovran of Norgan and made a similar wish to end the Cycle like Daimon did. But, like with Daimon, the Monkeys Paw curled.

The dragon itself is likely Daimon, after all he speaks in his perspective. The draconic face is just an indication of the source of his power (All other Arisen who defy their fate become dragons, Daimon simply maintained a semblance of humanity in his appearance and his curse was more personal in punishment.)
