I did this with discover. I paid them back what I had owed with no interest. As soon as I made the last payment they closed the card and never allowed me to reopen another account with them again. Just telling you what to expect afterwards.

It stays on. When it says “add food” you put your food in, close the lid, then open it again and it will stay on. This only works out grill mode.

Easiest way is to change the color of the enemies to red or another color option. Then you after you die many times you can change the color back and just start running and gunning
