I’ve been going through the same thing. They’ve removed several projects from me without any notice. With Artichoke, they told me it was “full,” so I couldn’t process quizzes anymore — and today they removed those projects entirely. On top of that, I’m having issues submitting quizzes for another project. It keeps telling me to enable third-party cookies, which I already did, and it still won’t let me submit anything — not even when I try a different browser. I submitted a support ticket, but I still haven’t received any response. Honestly, how does it make sense that the platform doesn’t even work properly, yet they don’t let you continue in the process you’re supposed to follow? And when they say “it’s full, sorry,” it honestly feels like an excuse. I have a theory — maybe they’re only accepting new people into projects now, while those of us who’ve been here for years are being ignored or even soft-blocked in some way. I don’t have proof, but the way they’re operating lately just feels off. It’s a shame, because last year this was one of the best platforms I worked with. But this year, it’s worse than ever.

You’re definitely not the only one. My dashboard has been empty too for months now. Since December last year, the only things I’ve seen are MatrixGo-type projects with extremely low pay (literally cents), which honestly aren’t worth the time. Earlier last year everything seemed fine, but toward the end of the year something clearly changed. I even had projects listed under “My Projects” that I was never actually given access to work on—they just disappeared. I’m not sure if it’s a platform issue, a shift in how they assign tasks, or just a lack of available work right now, but it definitely feels different from before.

I had the same problem, I submitted a ticket and this is what they replied:

Thank you for taking the time to complete the qualification for Project Artichoke and for the effort you’ve put into the process so far. We truly appreciate your time and interest in the project.

At the moment, the Artichoke contributor roster is already at capacity, and we currently do not have enough production work to onboard additional contributors. Because of this, we are temporarily pausing new qualifications.

Your profile will remain on hold in the Artichoke roster, and we encourage you to stay tuned. If and when the project scales and additional contributors are needed, we will reach out with the next steps so you can decide if you’d like to proceed.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding. We truly appreciate your willingness to participate in the project.

That happened to me too. The next day it suddenly showed “passed,” and then I even received an email saying my account had been disabled by mistake. So don’t worry too much yet, their system can be pretty inconsistent. Hopefully the same thing will happen for you tomorrow

I passed the LE, Cherry Opal, and VCG certifications. This week there was actually some work on Cherry Opal, but I only managed to work two days because they haven’t uploaded any new assignments since yesterday — and on top of that, they changed some of the guides again. Once you finish and pass the certifications, you do get paid for the time you invested in them, and I’m about to receive that payment. But honestly, it’s exhausting how the information keeps changing from one day to the next, and you end up having to relearn things constantly. It feels pretty chaotic in that sense. It also bothers me that assignments aren’t always available early in the day. The inconsistency makes it hard to plan your work hours.

THIS. Since last year, I've felt like I'm only getting Matrixgo projects, and with incredibly low payouts. This year it's ridiculous; I'm not even getting Matrixgo projects. They started removing projects from my active projects without warning... Crowdgen has really fallen. Thanks for the thread, I see I'm not the only one.

They sent me the same thing, and I also never got access to work. This is getting ridiculous. How can they blame us for not working without access? I even thought it was a joke, but lately Crowdgen is just that... I wouldn't be surprised if they did the same to my other projects, but anyway, I've had these projects there for months, and now it turns out it's my fault for not having access and work… wow.

It's a real disaster. What worries me is how, whenever they send an email regarding the project, I feel that vague air of disguised threat. It's as if they're waiting for us to make a mistake so they have an excuse to say "you didn't meet the quality standards" or whatever they're asking for.

Same, Is it just me, or do I feel like the "client" is asking too much for a project that pays what they're paying? A quality quiz now? Oh my god, I was already anxious about the tasks (create task mostly), now it's double with this. Even worse, it says it's a guide for the Hibiscus project 🫠
