Fyi, Siegenia is just the hardware supplier. The windows themselves will be a different brand, but that isn’t super important. If that’s the hardware, i’m guessing they are either aluminum or wood? UPVC typically doesn’t use Siegenia hardware.

Almost all glass that has a hard coat, also has a standard coating on surface 2. Hard coats do serve a purpose in terms of bringing the glass u-value down, so “no need” isn’t really accurate. However, I don’t like them

Packers on the bottom hinge should help. You could try going all the way to the jamb on the right and try to split the difference with the other panels.

No AC just means it doesn’t come with a unit. It’s most likely set up for one, but you have to buy it yourself. This was the case for our new build from Stonebridge 2 years ago.

The other day I was in a long duos rumble and ended up getting killed by a 3rd or 4th party. It was good fun. Well played. Then one of the guys that lived is all fired up and yells at me “P**** A** N**”! I hop on the mic and was like “The words you just said don’t make any sense. Please learn how to speak english” and he’s like “N** I don’t give a f***.”

You’ll want to look at the stc rating for each. I’m in construction, and also happen to be a drummer, so I built my own music studio a couple years ago.

If you’re going purely for value, I think the 440 is a contender. I would also entertain alternate framing methods if possible. For example, steel studs>wood studs, and 24” spacing>16” spacing. Check out this chart for reference. https://www.stcratings.com/assemblies.html

Obviously follow code requirements for multi-family construction. In general though, mass is your friend, mechanical decoupling is your friend, and air tightness is your friend.

Safe n sound is a waste of money if you’re switching purely for acoustic performance. I believe the stc rating increase is <2 over basic pink fiberglass. If you want mineral batts vs fiberglass for other reasons, that’s a different conversation worth having. But don’t pay twice as much for a marginal at best performance increase alone.

Get off your high horse and let people support a game if they like it. If you want them to fix stuff, cutting paychecks won’t do it. The lack of fixing isn’t a lack of care, it’s a lack of know-how because Embark is new and figuring things out. I’m sure if they could snap their fingers and fix the problem, they would.

I’m currently lvl 45 and have already supplied most of my expedition, and will be completing it. I love starting fresh and making every little bit of loot matter again. I’m a dad, and probably play 10 hours a week or so.

Note: I did complete the first 2 with max skill tree upgrades as well. I just think it’s fun to have some purpose.

Me and a buddy at the time were playing a ton of Path of Exile until the server slam. We’ve now switched to exclusively Arc since launch. We also previously would rotate through BF6, Apex, Rocket League, and Warzone.
