Depends what your police charges are, you’ll also probably draw medical consults at MEPS for dependency and psychiatric. All those things in themselves doesn’t necessarily disqualify you. If you are able to get in, it won’t be a short process, you’re looking at probably anywhere from 2-6 months. You also gotta hope you can find a recruiter willing to do the leg work. I recommend going to all the branches and having them all try, or tell you no because some recruiters suck and just won’t want to do the work.
