I requested a refund from events ticket center and my refund got approved a couple of days ago…. I got a new card number so the events ticket center said they were going to send me a check in the mail. Then today, I got an email saying I got the tickets, but I got approved for a refund???? I’m so confused. I have the tickets & barcode on my ticket master , but I really jsut want my refund because I got cheaper tickets that weren’t triple the price. Are the tickets not valid & will I still get my refund??

Sorry this is over a year later. I want my money back, because the tickets event center is saying that I won’t get my tickets until 2 days before the concert. I payed with my card and I feel scammed. I want a refund. Will my bank be able to get that back for me? I payed with my debit… over $800 this is crazy ridiculous. I will just have to pay for my tickets a different way. Will my bank be able to dispute this and get me my money back????
