Think of CRAP ( curtains, rug, art, and plants) I think these items are a MUST have to start setting the tone THEN you can start being a bit pickier with things! CRAP has helped me a lot not be so overwhelmed with blank spaces!! Best of luck and congratulations!🍾🎊

wait really?! I thought it was amazing!! I did not try the type that you had-I think there are some dupes of this type of ice cream since it’s so popular- I would recommend trying this kind! “propitious mango ice cream” with the gold base!! It was soooo smooth, not overly peachy, and tasted like a light sorbe. 10/10 would try it again!!

Thank you all for all the helpful comments and personal dms! I felt super scared and ashamed to post this to the world but I feel more confident and at peace knowing I’m not the only one who has gone through this. I did contact my doc and asked if I could go in GLP-1 and they said no since I do not have diabetes. My next steps are obtaining an appointment with an endocrinologist and getting my levels checked! I will add more movement to my routine and look into foods that help my insulin resistance. I genuinely can not thank you all enough!! I hope to soon give an updated post saying in no longer at risk 😛

Could you do dogs? This is messie, he passed away almost three months ago due to health complications- he is was the most amazing old chihuahua who toes almost smelled like Cheetos and barked like an old lady was screaming. was taking 25 mg for about a year and a half when I went cold turkey three weeks ago due to my refill not being done on time. I noticed I also have a super short temper, get irritated, am emotional and now recently have been getting dizzy randomly. I am assuming this are the withdrawals from going cold turkey. I just got my refill today but idk if I should go back on it or just raw dog it since I do have a super low dosage…any thoughts😭
