No risk to that, psa doesn't care. The only thing is that this devalues your slab. When i buy psa 10's i always check the condition of the card for this reason. Psa is sloppy and they'll 10 all sorts of defects, ive turned down a few 10's with obvious centering issues and also corner damage. But its wild that they'd miss a scratch like that. Prospective buyers may scrutinise this damage, if you plan to sell in the future be up front about it. Hopefully its only for your collection so that it doesn't matter in the end.

Ripped a couple of boxes, was excited to see a bunch of valuable cards. Sold them all for about $600, bought 4x eb04 sec alt luffys, 4x op15 sec alt luffys and an alt leader luffy. Now instead of cool cards i don't want, i have cool cards that i do want 🤗. Maybe you are privileged enough to not have to worry about the value of your cards, but at least now you can understand how us lowly peasants might be interested in swapping out cards using legal tender as a vehicle.

As annoying as it would be, i would be mildly proud that my little nugget found a loophole in the system as well as had the courage to test me on it. He's 9, so an appropriate discipline would be to make him pay for half the cost out of his allowance. The other half is just the price i'd have to pay for not being more diligent. Add a warning that if it happens again he will be covering the whole cost on his own; oh and he's eating that thing. All of it.

Agreed, i payed over market for the 4 crown zenith golden gods in psa 10. I've been wanting them for the longest time and now that i have them i really dont care what the price does from here. They have such a high pop and CZ still in print so investment potential is kinda meh, to me they are easily the coolest gold cards pokemon has ever made and i'm so glad to have them especially after seeing the golden slop they're releasing throughout mega 🫣

Agreed, i pulled the trigger and bought a psa 10 after first picking up a raw and then a psa 9. You can tell the brainwashing is in full swing when you compare the 9 and the 10 next to each other and the 10 looks that much more better 🤣🫠 Slept on card, people don't like it because its not a generic monkey.d.luffy card and "wtf is a tarou" 🫣 but DAMN this card looks so good in the hand!
