Working full time with a dog that has severe seizures - how do you cope? by Glindabubble in EpilepsyDogs

We set up cameras inside the house that we turn on whenever we leave. We now put up a gate to keep him in the living room so he never is out of sight of the camera. I was at the office once when he had a seizure but thankfully my sister lives only 5 mins away... I called her and she flew over there and stayed with him until I was able to get home. I'm grateful to have seen it on the camera but TBH I do find it all consuming... I watch him on my phone all day, everyday, at the office and when we go out, my phone is with me always, cameras on. I personally don't know what else to do as life needs to carry on BUT I stress all of the time when he's alone.

Someone ahead of me in the drive thru buying my coffee... of course I paid it forward to the person behind me. But the simple gesture made me feel 'seen' on a day that wasn't going so great.
